In co-leading AMI’s logistics practice, Diego oversees dozens of studies per year that focus on competitive analysis, market sizing, lead generation for logistics firms, strategies to produce savings, RFP and best bidding practices, trucking sourcing strategies and more. In total, Diego has led nearly 80 logistics studies in countries that include Colombia, Panama, Argentina, Ecuador, Chile, Mexico and Brazil, among others. He has also provide consulting services for LatAm logistics to more than 20 multinational companies, including several Fortune 500 firms.
Beyond logistics, Diego has also worked extensively on studies regarding industrial lubricants in 13 LAC countries, identifying lubricant consumption by segment, product, viscosity and API categories.
Prior to joining AMI, Diego worked at a research firm in his native Colombia, producing analyses on gaming, regulation and government policies.
Diego has a B.A. in political science and international relations from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
