Challenge

Each year, our client, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, must allocate its marketing budget by country and client verticals. In order to maximize marketing returns, our client updates their forecast of countries and industry verticals every six months and looks to AMI to provide the necessary research analysis for their planning efforts.

Approach

AMI combines both desk and primary research to forecast in both local currency and USD the growth outlook of over 20 verticals and up to eight countries. Given the specificity of the verticals and the under analyzed tendencies of mid and small LatAm markets, AMI relies on well-placed interviews with industry analysts and leaders to fill the gaps left by desk research. All forecast are corroborated by more than one source.

Result

AMI was able to forecast 20 verticals in four different countries, in both local and USD currency.
